Started a new job in November (thank GOD I was able to escape my old gig of 2 yrs and move onto something much better) and I had to get adjusted to being paid once a month(sucks I know lol). December and January served me pretty well with the holidays and all.
So now I think I've finally adjusted to the pay schedule.

Paid most of bills already

( )waiting for the cable bill
(x)added $500 to living 3-6 mos fund
( )will pay off #1 card this month
(x)paid $300 off one #2

ugggghhhh I hate student loans!
-but I still have time and REFUSE to take out another loan of ANY kind unless it's an emergency

I've been consistent with running 3x a week(MWF)....except last weekend(my best friend came in town so we went out a bit). But I'm back to my routine and focused.

Yesterday my cell phone company gave me a great offer since my contract expired and I've been with them for years.....$49.99 for UNLIMITED MINS!! wow - I read the fine print and even called a rep to be sure it was no strings attached so that's going to save me some $. It was orginally around $70 w/tax, but now it'll be like $55! can't beat it with a stick.......

This is my first ever blog. I saw this site and realized this is exactly what I need to help me keep track of my progress with saving.
